A family favorite for many years. Went for a date night during the week. We were sad to find they were out of most of their juices and were unable to make their signature buckets. We went with the traditional. Ordered a large pizza. It was delicious! Food came out quickly but service otherwise was bizarre and slow. Did not see our waitress for a long time and she never came around to see about refills or fix a mistake. Apparently dogs are allowed inside?

Plenty of seating, fun ambience and friendly staff. They were patient with our questions and us taking time to look over the menu, and the food was fantastic! A thinner crust pizza but not too crunchy, wonderful flavor, texture and presentation. The house-brewed Hefeweizen was more hoppy than we're used to, and the (strong) peachy mixed drink wasn't overly sweet, and had a more delicate canned-peach flavor. We're looking forward to dining in again to try different beverages, and more of their tasty food menu!

Delivery review I've dug The Rock for a loooong time. My mom found the one in Tacoma ages and ages ago and started taking my sister and me there when we were home for visits. They've always done a good job. Although this is a delivery review, we can still take a second to comment on their aesthetic. The punny menu names and descriptions get corny immediately, but don't let that dissuade you from actually trying the food. Somebody in marketing wrote all that stuff...people who genuinely know what they're doing are in charge of the food. Everything is balanced and flavorful. And about that aesthetic. Do the bathrooms have to have all black tile, fixtures, and everything else? It's like some Hollywood story about what weird clubs looked like in the 80s or something. And don't even get me started about the flame paint jobs...on the *urinals*, of all things. Anyway, the food. It's really good! Reasonably priced, too. Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy One of their best pizzas for sure. All the meats work well together and the tomato sauce brings lots of flavor without overdoing the acidity in the slightest. Good hot and then cold the next day too. Bat Outta Hell You really gotta be of a certain age to catch the album and song references. The Who record from the pie above is from the 60s, and the Meat Loaf song for this one is from the 70s. This is a really good pie. The creaminess from all the cheese is probably more appetizing cold than hot, but that's a small quibble. Both of these pizzas benefit from a nice moderately-chewy crust that has real flavor from yeast and maybe even a bit of eggwash. It's not just a mouthful of white flour like some places seem to offer. The red and white sauces both work well. We didn't get the brown sugar garlic bread this time, but we have, and it's so much better than you might think. I'll always order from The Rock now and then.

This is by far, my favorite The Rock Pizza location! They are always so friendly and extra clean here! Just as roomy, as their other locations too, with a large bar, in the back! We enjoy their strong Bucket drinks (especially their featured buckets) and delicious pizzas! I HIGHLY recommend The Bat Outta Hell! Their pastas are also tasty, along with their salads! I'm telling you.....The Rock, is the spot!!! Hope you go check them out! You'll end up going back, for more! ;D

We order take out, the pizza was well cooked with a good amount of toppings including real bacon and it had a kick. Would definitely try it again!
